Here at Cozy Beaks we want your feathered friends to have nothing short of an extraordinary experience with our handmade bird toys. However, we understand that sometimes things can go awry. Fear not, we've crafted a returns policy for you.

CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS?

At Cozy Beaks we're committed to the safety and well-being of your fluffy companions. Our handmade toys are lovingly crafted with the utmost care, and it's important to maintain their hygiene to prevent the spread of bacteria and diseases within the avian community.

 

In light of this, we regret that we cannot offer traditional returns or exchanges. Since we don’t use harsh chemicals or sanitisation agents during any manufacturing process, the nature of our products makes it impractical to accept returns because we cannot guarantee the sterilisation and safety of items if they arrive at your aviary and are then returned. 

 

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it's our top priority to ensure the health and happiness of all our feathered customers.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If any of our toys arrive with a tiny blemish, rest assured that it's merely a sign of their handmade charm! However, if you discover a major manufacturing mishap that makes the toy unsuitable for your winged companion, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll swoop in with a solution right away! 

For the safety and well-being of all our feathered friends, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for toys that have been used, chewed, or otherwise enjoyed by your delightful birds. We're sure you understand - we wouldn't want them sharing their germs with others!

WHAT IF I HAVE A GIFT CARD?

Our gift cards come with their own Terms & Conditions - once purchased, they are valid for 12 months and cannot be refunded. Once those wings of joy take flight, they're on their way to their intended destination!
